I made a video game. Kind of. Rosebud AI is a program that takes whatever prompt you give it, and translates it into game code. Project Cold Desk (it's name, not mine) is an idea I had a while ago that tries to turn data entry into a survival horror game.

So. I'm a night guard at a children's hospital. Since the staff can't leave for lunch breaks, they'll order Doordash. Tonight a woman came to drop off someone's order, and she tells me "I hope whoever ordered this feels better soon! I got them a sympathy card." I said "Oh, uh, it's for a worker."
I don't think I've ever seen anyone so heartbroken to find out that somebody wasn't sick.
I don't know why, but this video always gives me the creeps. It looks exactly like something I'd remember from a bad dream.
I just watched the first three episodes of the Twisted Metal show. It was a solid reminder that a story doesn't always need a deep plot or complex characters to be enjoyable. It just needs a shirtless clown shooting people from an ice cream truck.
Me when I start a new story: "THIS IS THE STORY I WAS BORN TO TELL IT'LL BE FIFTY BOOKS AND A HUNDRED THOUSAND PAGES LONG WITH A MILLION CHARACTERS WITH THEIR OWN UNIQUE BACKSTORIES AND IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT I DON'T HAVE ANY OF IT PLANNED OUT I'LL MAKE IT UP AS I GO AND"
Me three months later: "I would chop off my hand if it meant I could write literally anything besides this stupid story."

My dad is taking me to Branson next month for my birthday. Coincidentally, I am also taking him to Branson on that same day for Father's Day. My mom is tagging along too because she's just a freeloader like that.

I went to visit my parents last night. Had dinner, gave Mom an early Mother's Day present, and we all watched Zootopia 2. My mom always greets my by saying "Hey, bubba!" Needless to say, we both got a kick out of this scene.
I've never played another game that can entertain me for hours on end just by wandering around aimlessly the way Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom does.

Does wanting to go to Disney World by myself make me a Disney Adult? I don't feel like a Disney Adult. I just really want to go to Disney World. The last time I got to go was almost thirty years ago, and everyone in my family has been there a bunch of other times since EXCEPT FOR ME.
