Anyone else had weird, one-sided beef with an older person when they were a kid?

One of my friends had an older cousin who just hated me for some reason. A 20-something year old beefing with an 11 year old. I had no idea what their problem was

They got in a motorcycle accident some time later and I was ecstatic

Sometimes the motorcycle taxis here will take on-the-spot, off-app orders in busy places. For the passenger, it's convenient. For the rider, they get to keep the whole fare because it's off the books.

Why then do they charge way more than the app fare in these situations? Bro you're already getting the whole thing. Why such an upcharge?
