Watch Decadence. I just recently watched it. It does a good job of painting a relationship that is full of appreciation and deference , without crossing the romantic line.
I asked for 1 review and a random guy came in and started embellishing.
It was nuts. Half of his review wasn't even pertinent to my story.
He gave me a decent score (above AVG) while proceeding to basically lie to anyone who might have been using his review as a basis for reading.
I recognized...
I find that SH and RR both have finicky audiences. RR people are SUPER entitled.
SH people I find like to complain about things they already have admitted they don't like. (I've never understood the need to read a story with themes that aren't your cup of tea).
Just my two cents.
Of course.
Its called enabling. Giving people constant positive prompts, even when they are clearly wrong.
Agreeing with people based on status instead of merit or logic.
These are all examples of false "positives" that feed negative behavior. Its how raging narcissists and entitled people are...
If I don't remember you, it's because my mild dislike (really, its' more like..."meh, that guy again") for my arch nemesis Rusty Butterknife has pushed you out of my mind.
Verily I say unto ye, I apologize for my transgressions.

Allow the bad ratings to fuel your growth and desire for revenge. Eventually you'll transcend to challenge the heavens and smite all your enemies who are actually "courting death" by abusing you, they just don't know it yet.
Raw is.....#$%&*!@ :sweating_profusely:
You've never spoken to me directly, heir go you know nothing of me. The same logic you're applying to me, I could also apply to you. You randomly messaged a person to be antagonistic because you saw a post? At least I had a reason and history with anyone...
Oh, so you purposely commented to start a fight?
Why would I answer you then?
:blob_cookie:
Btw, it wasn't that subtle. That's why you got the response you did....
Glad you admitted it though. Now I won't look like an *** for preemptively using my thorny powers.
What's the reason for tagging your posts? I'm not trying to be abrasive here I just...find it weird that you'd ask something like this. I think it's weird that people would *struggle* to see the utility of it. The main reason is quite simple.
So that you can tell at a glance what's what, and...
I'm not sure if you're just playing devil's advocate or just genuinely curious. :blob_cookie:
Raw means just that, some authors publish work without editing or revisions. Raw.
I listed the reason I would most likely use it. That and to label content within chapters (like 18+, for example).
As...
Sort of how Reddit does with flairs.
Would be helpful to mark a chapter as [Raw] for example.
Ideally more than one per post/chapter (2-3 limitation sounds good).

:Edit:
To elaborate - I'm suggesting the ability for the user/poster to use default / create their own post tags which...
That's because most people are selfish or very self centered.
Authors write characters like this so that people can better identify. I think this is more of a writing technique than anything.
Just look at this gem :
Granted, he suffered far worse than the targets of his revenge but...
Usually 4chan incels (involuntary celibates, aka people who have trouble getting laid or relationships) who have an aversion to anything that makes them seem or feel less manly or reminds them of their frustrations.
(No shade, just my observations -- they regularly spit the word "cuck" with...
I'll keep it simple with my tips.
Keep it logical. Your characters should react within their means. Try to avoid pulling new abilities out of nowhere, aka "ass pulls".
Use math. It helps keep things more realistic. What I mean by this is some sort of stat sheet or way to measure capabilities...
"Forced" diversity doesn't exist.
Life is variety.
Black and brown people exist in all types, shapes and personalities.
Just like terrible / wonderful people of the alternate variety do.
Deal. :blob_cookie:
