yo i am new and wanted to know i am right

You'll need to post a link to your novel (there is a tutorial on using the site that covers this, among other things [Tutorial] For new users of Scribble Hub! | Scribble Hub Forum). You also might get more feedback if you post - with a link - here Story Feedback | Scribble Hub Forum

One day you wake up with your clone in your bed

I can do THAT any time... though I'm more interested in observing how I might have been the same, and how I might have been different, kind of akin to Lazarus Long's clone/daughters in Time Enough for Love and the sequels (and yes, they do ... uh... masturbate with daddy ... and grandma... the...

The pain of being a science fantasy author

Those are Orks... :D I tend to blur the lines between them (then again, my main inspiration tends to be either horror via H. P. Lovecraft and his "disciples" or super-heroes, which already both blur the lines). Even when I ran AD&D/D&D games, I blurred the lines (had a time travel adventure...

One day you wake up with your clone in your bed

Call the decantery and gripe. I explicitly told them to make my clones female. It's just a simple chromosome swap - much easier than giving them an expiration date. Those slackers...

    Too much power?

You could pull something really strange and have him isekaid into the SHIP. That might just confuse the sailors enough to make it gender neutral: "Wait, she keeps claiming she's male... now I'm confused... Screw it, the ship is now an IT..." Oddly enough I have not seen a lot of sentient ships...

Combat heels is the hill I will die on

Low heels would make some sense (especially for warriors expected to begin the battle mounted but end it on foot). Full on stiletto heels, though, would only be useful if they doubled as actual stilettos...

    Clocks vs gun

That was last century. Now it's "Amiricans: Wait - what are the local statutes on defending my home? Quick, do a google search while I try to remember the code to this gun safe and hope the burglar takes his time in the rest of the house..."

    She/Her/It

"At least she's got the right name: Enterprise. Treat her right, she'll bring you home every time." Admiral Leonard McCoy to Lt. Data. Even in the 23rd Century, ships are considered female... Though AFAICT, it is the crew that gives the ship its name and character - outsiders would refer to a...

    What races would you create?

Worlds with free will and the power to create their own inhabitants if they so desire, then sit back and watch what happens.

    Clocks vs gun

Water clocks have been around for a LONG time. Spring powered mechanical watches (that kept poor time - or were house sized) are about 500 years old, give or take so may not be TOO out of place. Fountain pens replaced the quill during the "Age of Reason" IIRC (around the 1500s). Printing...

    Hypothetical Scenario??

Nah - you're underestimating things like the Amish and other anti-technology groups, the large number of survivalist groups around the world, etc. Probably closer to 60 or 70% perish, most of them within the first seventy two, maybe forty eight hours.

    I have an announcement

I liked the horror story where a woman got a card that was edited to read: "A Very Harried Christmas and No New Year"

    Hypothetical Scenario??

Ariel: A Book of the Change (by Steven R. Boyett) covered this pretty well. Even single gear bicycles stopped working, but magic appeared. And members of the Society for Creative Anachronism were the heroes of this new age. (According to the author's website, this was the first book in The...

    RoyalRoad- aka Censorship Road

I hear ya there. Looking at MINE is bad enough but yours ... oh wait, not supposed to admit that am I... This was somehow posted to the wrong thread - but is even funnier in context here so it stays...

Possible Ship Girl/s Story- Looking for Interest!

Until the actual boats showed up this sounded like one of the season openers for the old series Charmed (the Valkyries were tasked with finding the best warriors, training them to fight each other, and preparing them for a final battle with "evil" but things went sideways and the sisters had to...

    Heroes and Bad Heroes

Oooh - that's kind of cool but dark. I prefer empathic healers myself - characters who can rapidly heal themselves, and have the ability to take injuries and illnesses from others into their own body. They don't always know how badly the other person is hurt so may just kill themselves or...

How to write good dialogue between characters?

The advice that I've been given in the past is read it out loud (or, if you can, have someone else read it out loud) to see how it sounds and tweak it from there. The other bit of advice is more useful but not as easy: read a lot of writers you believe do dialogue well, and try to emulate what...

    Recommendations LF a good system

No idea if this quickly-thrown-together novel is what you're looking for (and it is not on SH) The Kaiju System | Honeyfeed I am working on one that is a bit more detailed and not as rushed - a Western, more or less. But that is not ready to share yet.
