I only know this because I see it asked a lot - "source" refers to an image hosting service; this site only holds the book covers and can't store other images so you have to use Imgur or one of the other image hosting sites out there.

In general, it is more effective to simply let the reader (or viewer) know the abuse happened - maybe even make it a LITTLE ambiguous that "it probably happened, no it must have, but maybe it didn't" - that way the READER (or viewer) is "complicit" in the abuse instead of forced to watch it, if...
