Need help in identifying right tags for novel and remove the unnecessary ones.

A tag is only unnecessary if it never happens or happens less than once per twenty or more chapters. Now some of the stranger tags imported from NovelUpdates are a bit confusing, but most of them have descriptive text (IIRC as a pop-up if you have JavaScript enabled, and in a separate document...

Most stupid words written in novel that made you re read it

"So I axed the curly head woman" After reading that twice (and realizing he ASKED her, not he cut off said curly head with an axe) I just gave up on Jump.

What do you think about Loli?

I try not to, but that dumb Schoolhouse Rock song keeps coming back... Lolly, lolly, lolly, get your Adverbs here

Can another author explain to me why so many stories don't use paragraphs?

Suspect it's a case of one exacerbating the other though.

    Annoying, Unsolicited Advertisement of Services

I've had three. One was before I knew about them, and even gave me a free example of their art. One cited inspiration from one story which was the WORST fit for the style in that person's portfolio of any of my stories (and the best fit has not been posted anywhere). One wanted to discuss the...

A gag or a bit related to your story you're too committed to even if no one notice

My chapter titles are often references to songs or in-jokes (sometimes jokes so far "in" I have to explain them to my other personalities)

    Is using AI is wrong?

AI readers are, essentially, carnival cold readers. Unless you explicitly tell them what to look for and what not to, they will reply in the vaguest of terms, and almost always put a positive spin on it, every time.

Can another author explain to me why so many stories don't use paragraphs?

Sounds like they're trying to write a script for a manga (etc.) but don't know how to write scripts. Seriously - I've seen some of the older scripts from Marvel Comics even, and, aside from "dialogue tags" that are just a character name and a hyphen, they look like one sentence paragraphs...

Which do you prefer, first-person POV or third-person POV in fictional narratives?

I've only seen second person work in horror stories (Ramsey Campbell had some great ones), Choose Your Own Adventure type stories, or role playing games myself.

Hans' Advice for Budding Illustrators in ScribbleHub

Reminds me of the story a friend told - he got two other friends involved, one who has a relative who works for the FBI and knows some of their methods. They strung a phone and email scammer along for three weeks and wound up getting $25 from the would-be scammer to "stop the report from being...

Writing Prompt A story with a realisation

"A dumb writing prompt? I like dumb writing prompts. I think I love dumb writing prompts. I truly love dumb writing prompts so much, I'll write something!"

How would you describe a fictional fight?

Since I learned that the only part of comic book art I can do, even with digital tools, is inking (and I'm at best third-rate there), I describe my fictional fight scenes in words.

Could there be like a tag/warning to filter consistent uploaders and/or sporadic uploaders?

Seems more like something that would get (and lose) an automatic "badge"

    Should I continue writing?

You are not asking the right question in the thread. The question is: "Can I stop writing, or am I committed to this story?"

USING it? Not wrong. Relying on it as a crutch or a partner? Absolutely wrong.

I'm on a once in a while, criticism spree

Too much to address really here - if I get a chance to get back to this story (currently struggling to just finish the current chapters of my two for PocketFM, and keeping two other stories that want to be told on a back burner) I'll definitely keep a lot of this in mind. Not all, but a lot...

    Dwarf and Gnome girls?

Exactly. This keeps them from being too "child-like." Or you could go with one definition of dwarves, that there ARE no females. (On my world, dwarves grow beards at puberty, regardless of gender. Pregnant female dwarves, however, shed ALL hair, only growing it back - usually thicker - after...

I'm on a once in a while, criticism spree

Well, the stories that could benefit from this had to be pulled from this site, unfortunately, but this one hasn't gotten any feed back so: Blood Diamond | Scribble Hub
