Then I understand that the vest had bullets stuck onto it. So unbreakable skin causes bullets to bounce off, a kelver skin would result in bullets getting embedded.
Not so fantastic if you have a kelver skin and then get shot at the temple, because bullet still goes in enough to rupture blood vessels instead of bounce off.
