Do you think I should post on Tapas instead?

I know the community isn't as big as the comic/manhwa community, but it's big enough.

I'm honestly thinking of posting there, not here.

Tapas requires actual book covers...No Ai at all.
If your work has used no Ai even for cover nor the story(majorly) then you can post on Tapas

The Tapas market is pretty niche, dude. If you're aiming for a broader market, RR and WN are more open and exclusive with few restrictions.

Yeah, I'm aware. I was thinking of posting on Webnovel purely for exposure and when I want to make money, I open a Patreon, but Webnovel has a terrible reputation. Royal Road, honestly.........

I've been reading on tapas and it's pretty nice especially since I can't market myself like I have to do in RR

If you can't market yourself, you're out of luck. Like, Tapas will let you die.
One could crosspost, no? There are no fees, so why not cover both bases?
That's what I do.

For reference: Scribble Hub is very comfy, RR is actually doing okay, especially since I made no effort in doing socializing or campaigning for my stories there and then there's Tapas. If you don't bother marketing your book at any given opportunity, you won't be having any readers. And the "I follow yours if you follow mine"-crowd is even bigger there than it is on RR.

I started a book on Tapas and didn't really see much of a response. It's really all about the comics there. *^^*

Just read the T&Cs. I remember one site requires you to write so much every month or you get penalized.

When I first looked into places to submit serial fiction, they were recommended with a caveat that the site was geared more for webtoons and manga, and was trying to be welcoming to other forms of fiction but those were still predominant.
They also had some stuff in the Terms of Service that led me to think they'd be a poor fit for me. Don't remember what it was, just that I kept an eye on them for a few months and then decided to go elsewhere.
