I would say what's most comfortable to you, but try to keep it consistent. I've heard of authors whose works became bad because they increased the update speed. If you really enjoy writing, you can even upload two chapters per day. To actually answer your answer, at least 2 chapters per week at a consistent interval (you can make it every 3 days you post 1 chapter, or you post on mondays and thursdays or something along those lines) is pretty good already.

If you can, keep an average of about 1500 words a day. If that means you take a day off because one was over 3k, while another day you have to post three to hit the target, so be it.
Otherwise, three to four chapters the first day, and up to one a day for as long as you can maintain the pace.

At 600-1500 words, one chapter a day (except maybe weekends) is a bit of a bare minimum. Some of us write 15000 words a day, but that is burnout city.

But your chapters are tiny. As long as you can sustain it, I suggest a minimum of 1000 words a day or so.

The whole idea is to give your readers as much content as they have waited. So if you only write one chapter per week, try to go towards 3000 or more, and if you write one every day, go towards 1000

Less than 1000 is very short for a chapter, it's not enough content, it would be better to fuse two chapters to reach 1000 and post a bit less

More than 5000 is too much, it becomes hard to read on a screen without a break, especially since most people read on a small phone. If you tend to read during comute, 5000 words would be too long, you won't have finished when arriving

Great break down… though feels like a rather short commute to not read 5000 words, but then my commute may be longer than some.
