Partially motivated by a game I wanted to make, but in general,
You are up against someone whose power is that they know everything, no drawbacks. No highjacking that. God themselves will give that person pure untampered information.

So how do you confuse such a person?

Demand the solution of a paradox or a no-win scenario. Omniscience cannot solve a question that inherently has no answer. Like dividing by 0 or counting to infinity for example.

But would that confuse them? They would know that there isn't an inherent solution, they wouldn't need to think about it...
That or my understanding of all knowing is too far reaching. I just don't think there is ever a situation they would put themselves in that could cause confusion.

Just because they know everything doesn't mean they understand everything. A bunch of trolls will make it go insane.

Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent. Being a database of everything doesn't mean that the dude can answer properly to the prompts. Basic misunderstanding and socratian method will do the trick into making that person to become confused.

You can't hold two alternative concepts simultaneously without being in the doublethink trap. If a paradox is answered, but I can't understand it, is it the answer?

If that dude can't answer the question without looking like a confused madman due to sheer conflicting information the brain has, I can use the meaning of a word that the dude "confused" even if that dude is telling the truth, because I can't understand it and probably neither does he.

Well, people with apraisal certainly does know everything.

Still, knowing everything doesn't mean they know the implications of everything. Human subconsciously limit themselves from so much junk information to protect their mind and to improve efficiency.

You'd have to use obscure knowledge that use obscure combinations of attack to confuse them

And,
A person who know everything ≠ A person who can do everything.

They can still get beat up and being uppercut and get trapped by something faster than them, somrthing that appear and disappear before they could recognize them.

Or an illusion that uses so much real thing but hides its core behind dozens layer of junk items.

Or even simpler, some "concept power" with higher authority than the power that could grant the knoeledge of everything.

I would ask them: "How would you confuse an all knowing being?
The problem is, they are not obligated to answer.

No, the solution is simple. Punch them in the face. Or hit them in the head with a baseball bat. They know everything, but they are not immune to being concussed, a symptom of which is confusion.

Actually, this would work. Takes one to know one, right?
You can't trick the being that already knows that you are trying to trick it. Omniscience isn’t just knowledge of facts, it’s knowledge of intentions, methods, motivations, and outcomes. It knows you’re going to ask the question before you know you’re going to ask it. It knows what you think will happen, and how it actually will happen. It already simulated the outcome and will say, probably, "I wouldn't". It's both the proper answer and follows the rules, so you can't outsmart it because it is already knows that you are trying to outsmart it.

My answer is the way to do it properly.

I've got this friend, he could gaslight the guy for sure. Or at least be stubborn enough that the guy gets frustrated and gives up.
