Black and bright colors always go well; if you include a black character with black clothes, it might just look like a person-shaped void walking if you want that, then black and black is great. This is my opinion.

still the same reasons, but trying to fix what I wrote has kind of pushed me into a loop? I re-write-> upload ->re-write, and the cycle repeats. Idk if why this is specifically affecting me. idk i am not good at explaining.

I mean what you said is true but there are few days Or moments where motivation just goes down. Especially when newly uploaded chapter have very less views. About the prologue I definitely took the advice and followed it by revising my chapter 1 and so on.

How to stay motivated to write? I am a new writer and my work is also very new, I am aware of the fact that most web novels don't take off if they don't have at least 50 chapter or so. But still the lack fo engagement and declining views are very demotivating. So I want to know how did you guys...

I am much better at line art than colouring, so i will try completing this with a pencil.
