I think a lot of people will be interested in this concept - since it opens the door to romance and stuff (just kunoichi and not everyone...) like that, and fanfics are moderately popular. Personally, it's not for me. I had to look up Falna and DanMachi, so there's that.

It's a cool story and definitely looks better than others that I see around here. About the parts you asked about: Pacing and flow feel inconsistent and strange to me. The dialogue by itself feels natural but is framed unnaturally (structure). And I guess that's it.
