Jadonmary_ has been going around spamming tons of chapters -- probably just the more recent ones -- with a stock inquiry. I'm guessing this isn't even legit intent to help/get legitimate business so much as to scam, given it looks unprofessional at a glance and that'd be the way to weed out...

From what I've heard, they cancel it because they pay people relatively low wages for the first two seasons with the promise that if it hits the third season, they'll get pay increases. ...and then of course after dangling this carrot, they snatch it away unless the show is super successful.

Fanfic or not, I think people tend to write about their lives, about their dreams, and about their nightmares.

I mean... I can write a lot of things-- "I Accidentally Crafted A Vampire Villainess And Now She Wants To Kiss Me", for example. I could probably write the first chapter of that today, if I was so inclined. The question is more if I will.

I think you're coming at this with a bit of an incomplete view of things, as I believe power tends to magnify any destructive potential of aspects of personality. People who are hella racist against elves still usually won't just murder elves without reason, because there's consequences...

Strong viewpoints and/or feelings of some kind, but not needlessly cruel. Interesting relationships. Messes up a lot, doesn't always win, isn't always certain.

Have you considered: vampire teacher maid x teacher mistress?

I think if trying to write a villain, you gotta remember that protagonist bias is pretty powerful, so unless you're careful people will interpret them as the hero or anti-hero. Not something I've tried to do just yet, but I have noticed that people will tend to (although not absolutely) be on...
