    [Discussion] Your fictional materials

I don't have any right now - but I've been thinking about it. A problem that comes to my mind is what the inhabitants of the said world will call such a material. For example, Grandpa Tolkien calls Mithril as Silver-Steel or Moria-Silver (Third Age). It is made up of mith (Grey), as in...

    Editing Word Strength Thesaurus?

Whoa! Not bad, very useful. Hierarchies are really hard to find. Especially, the words that you want to use to heighten or lessen a certain feeling in stories. Let's see which one will work out best. Word webs seems good.

    Editing Word Strength Thesaurus?

Anyone know a resource from the interwebs that can give you "Word Strength"? For example, say instead of very angry, consider irate. And such hierarchies such as miffed -> angry -> irate. Cheers to anyone who can link such a thing.

Can this even work? Math as the main theme

It's a very infamous quote from a certain Katy Perry, who appeared in an episode of Neil Tyson's Startalk podcast. Also, it's a cool idea, no reason for it to not work! Do you best!

I need feedback for this synopsis of a smut novel that I'll be working on

I equated it with pervert and things. See, that's what I mean - clarification will be so much better. Tags work best here.

I need feedback for this synopsis of a smut novel that I'll be working on

I would like to know more of what the story might contain. I mean, here of course I have think it is going towards netorase, I think? If you clarify with some more subtle hints, that would be great. Or just have a battery of tags are the end of the synopsis.

Decided not to kill even if I die : Feedback on the story (as a whole)

So... I'm going to leave the feedback here. I have only read the first chapter. I personally didn't like it. That doesn't mean other people will not like it. I think you certainly have a popular premise on which you could grow something, but to me it hasn't grown well. I feel... bored. The...

Perhaps. Perhaps not. Perhaps the synopsis is written by someone who knows somethings about him, but not the full story. To be honest, the "prologue" doesn't end till about chapter 10 or 11. It unnecessarily long, but there you have it.
