I put these quests up. ^^ (for the 2nd one maybe we can wait for some reports on the first) A lot of those sounded like temporary quests. For a regional quest board, hopefully there would be some permanent repeating quests (similar to the kind at Scribel City or Gelderholm), like Slime Hunting.

Going to rescale gold rewards from quests. For EXP: Each quests should generally give 10 - 25% EXP necessary to level up to the next level. Early quests (Under level 10) should lean towards a higher rate... around 20-25% Later quests (Rank C+) should lean towards a lower rate... creeping down...

I think @Feathers95 's suggestion about getting either receptionists or quest reports to stick something at the top of their report would just be easier. Like a big: QUEST REPORT or QUEST EVALUATION

I don't think reviewers always evaluate first-in-first-out. Part of it is because sometimes players tag a receptionist they want, or a player jumps onto OCC asking for their report to evaluated immediately, and other times receptionists just skip to reports they want to evaluate. :sweat_smile...

I think IRL, the expensive part wasn't the house, but rather the land.
