I would read anything as long it is not below 1k words because it is just too small... otherwise, I dont really mind about big size chapters.

I am fans of harem, but when a character seeking for harem and get snu his first girl in 3 chapter after meeting, hell no. I am not reading pokemon.

Try to publish at different times each day to gain more potential readers. Good cover, a flashy title like using literal premise as your title also kinda works. Use certain tags like people listed above. (smut, gender bender, girls love. etc).
