    What a nice surprise...

Reiterating another comment about how you can probably find a beekeeper to take them away, and also adding that, assuming you live in an apartment/condo, you should probably call in a work order for the hole those bees are living in. No guarantee the managers/owners will actually do something...

    Reading list

I have only one item on my list, tbh, otherwise I read, uh... real books.

Writing I think I wrote myself into a corner

Having all the books memorized in a library wouldn't make you all knowing, even if we assume all the information in the books in the library was true, complete, and accurate. Besides of which, just because you can perfectly recall every book you've ever read, doesn't spare you the trouble of...

Describe your MC in one sentence

My upbringing is at odds with my nature.

What's the scariest book you've ever read?

The Mist, by Stephen King, though the fact that I read it in the middle of the night, in the middle of the forest, while it was a bit foggy might have played into that.

Write about your OC's and their settings!!

Just for fun, here's the male lead for the story I'm working on right now. Adam of Genesis. He was born and raised on the prototype city-ship Genesis in the year 2490, fifty years into its mission to test and develop the technology and culture necessary to travel to the nearest start system in...

    OC Question!

I actually tend to target a balance of the sexes in my novels, though I love making female villains (not necessarily antagonists), because I think they're underrepresented, or worse, stupid (e.g. just misunderstood, fighting back against "the system", tricked into being bad, it's somehow a man's...

    Satyr Race Bio

For making them the "sex race" that isn't the sex race, a few easy options are either to change the sex ratio (10:1 female to male, for instance), or else to have them mate in "heats/ruts" so that most of the time they are basically frigid. Those could easily give them a stereotype of being...

Tell me about a "phase" in your life

The vampire thing is, on the other hand, not a phase, it's a lifestyle!

Is it better to clarify these things or not?

That is a question I don't truly know the answer to. I think the best you can do in that situation (asides from possibly abandoning the idea entirely) is to always make sure that, when you use a non-standard term, it is abundantly clear from context what you mean. If you're always careful...

Fun Question: If you had to be reincarnated as a character from your book (not the MC), who would it be?

Kinda of a hard question... especially so since a lot of my favorite side characters are women. Not that that's *really* a problem for a reincarnation, but still. Also, a lot of my characters either live in crapsack worlds, lead crapsack lives, or else lead crapsack lives in crapsack worlds...

What’s your favorite explanation for fantasy worlds being "real"?

I voted "not be explained", but actually, the best explanation for story worlds being real is the one which makes the story you're telling most interesting.

    Need help(Powersystem)

Instead of worrying so much about "sense", I'd try to think about what are the needs of your story, and how various "system" ideas will affect the world, the plot, and the characters. It's unwise to fall into the world building trap (he said from experience), tempting though it may be.

    Eye Colour?

I'm pretty sure that's hazel. Also, my eyes have kind of a cool star pattern in them if you look closely. It's rather hypnotic, lmao
