Writing Any advice on how to properly structure an arc/volume of a novel?

I'm going to share the way I do things. But note that I'm a panster, so this way is really different from the normal advice you'll get. I'm not even sure if this will help you. Basically, I write things that need to happen to a character. Like Character A: 1) Clean house, 2) Make sandwich, 3)...

    Is 50 Shades that bad?

For its genre? It implements tropes pretty well, the stalking, the abuse, etc. Yep, those are pretty bad in real life, BUT, that's the genre standard. Those who consume that type of story fantasize about that. So within the genre, it's awesome. If it's analyzed in a literary sense, obviously...

What is Royal Road good for?

Litrpg, isekai, progression fantasy in general works there. Romance and LGBT+ stories are starting to work there because of tons of migrants from Wattpad. Before, there was no way romance will work (devs even think it's a waste of time to put specific pairing tags), but now I've seen it's...

What site did you find more comfortable? And what forum did u find more friendly?

Spent a lot of time on both SH and RR forums. In the past, I'd say SH is friendliest, but now, I'd vote for RR forums. Something funny is happening at RR forums. Many are familiar with RR readership, and how brutal they can be, so currently, the forum is becoming a safe haven for writers to...

When did you wrote your first creative work?

It was probably some poem or something required for school when I was a kid. But if not including school-related work, something that I wrote for myself, then it's going to be my first web novel like six years ago on Royal Road when it was still a small site.

Writing How do you plan a very long series?

If you're a real panster, strict outlining wouldn't really do much help for your story. It sometimes stifles creativity, at least that's my experience. My current work has like 438k words. I have two previous stories several years ago that I dropped, but combined they were 450k words. All...

    well i require some help

The correct punctuation would be summer wear: shorts... But colon is more for formal writing. Em dash can sub as a colon. Em dash is probably the most versatile punctuation and my favorite one.

Need advices about the pace of my novel

If you're going to develop your MC slowly, then go worldbuilding/character development route. If it's pure wish fulfillment, then there's no need to slow down to develop character, just make him kick everyone's ass. After settling on what you want to 'sell' to the reader, next be aware that not...

    well i require some help

Hmmm, I can make some suggestions to that. Then, not a moment later, that bliss was interrupted by a violent gust of wind. The humid air (dunno what to put here, 'surrounding temperature' sounds too formal for a first-person pov narration) dropped to a frigid chill, its teeth sunk into my...

    Artsy Question

This is already a good start. It's going to be really an effort to start though, but when you get better + faster, you can charge more and finish more projects. If you already have a good customer base, you can really be demanding especially on the payment terms to protect yourself.

WHERE do i find a writing Partner?

Oh, I just used the term feedback groups because it's usually writers who go to forums and make groups anyway. I haven't seen a feedback group with readers in it. Anyway, my point still is whatever the term for the group is going to be used, OP needs to lead in making that group because it's the...

WHERE do i find a writing Partner?

You kind of have to start this thing yourself and then manage it. There have been attempts in RR to make like feedback groups, but it usually just fizzles out because people can't commit.

    well i require some help

That's 'well' used as an interjection. Since it's first-person pov, then that's correct. Just doing "only wore, well, summer wear" is already correct.

    Should I continue Writing this?

There's always a rewrite. Most successful web novels are rewrites or had parts from the author's other drafts. Cannibalize all the best ideas and then plan out a book. Otherwise, all those will just get wasted.
