Flut or Smuff?

This is already a good start. It's going to be really an effort to start though, but when you get better + faster, you can charge more and finish more projects. If you already have a good customer base, you can really be demanding especially on the payment terms to protect yourself.

You kind of have to start this thing yourself and then manage it. There have been attempts in RR to make like feedback groups, but it usually just fizzles out because people can't commit.

That's 'well' used as an interjection. Since it's first-person pov, then that's correct. Just doing "only wore, well, summer wear" is already correct.

There's always a rewrite. Most successful web novels are rewrites or had parts from the author's other drafts. Cannibalize all the best ideas and then plan out a book. Otherwise, all those will just get wasted.
