    Class/profession debate

Assuming you're talking D&D/Pathfinder classes... why would I fight the source of my power as a Pact Warlock? (Well, unless the Outer Gods are also present in the setting, then sign a pact with their High Priest, Cthulhu and make the Demon King our plaything...)

What do you prefer personally? 1st POV or 3RD POV.

It depends. Both have their strengths and weaknesses - and if the story uses those well, it works. If not, the author probably picked the wrong voice.

    Why all at once?

Been a couple of years - not completely sure. Though Godzilla vs. The Astro Monster has one of my favorite digs at the dubbing. When the aliens show the astronauts the monster (allegedly) attacking their planet, the American astronaut cries out: "Ghidrah!" And the alien replies: "Yes, when this...

Most of them put a MINIMUM amount of effort to mask the AI writing, but some don't bother. And sometimes, extra fingers appear, just like in the art.

    Why all at once?

Why would you want to do that? I'm still laughing at the scene in the original Mothra where the American ambassador (literally a stereotyped Texan) and the Japanese ambassador, are talking to each other in their native languages (i.e. the Japanese guy speaks Japanese, the Texan speaks whatever...

Would you tolerate a story that crosses not only worlds, but times and magic systems?

I Have a story kind of like that on Pocket FM. It lost listeners when it shifted from the Western to the Sci Fi world and I haven't taken it to any fantasy ones (it will go to the "Hellserver" for a final battle ... probably, unless I decide to have that happen in the real world, but will...

    Mixed marriage?

Cougar's thought balloon: "'It'll just be for a few hours,' she said. 'Romulus and Remus are good boys,' she said. Well, now we're going to Acupulco to kick Shirley's butt, as it's been a week - that's almost a year for these brats!"

Writing Have you ever experienced a plot hole involving inconsistent character descriptions?

I started a cast list because I made one of these mistakes... It's cut them down by about 80%... (Have one character who's name I've spelled at least two different ways, still).

    Chapter length in smut scenes

Set 5k as a hard maximum and don't go over it. If you can find a logical way to separate the 5k+ chapter into two, break it there, with a goal of 1250-2500 words per chapter. If you can't, find a way to pare it down to 5k.

In historical fantasy novels, which do you think is more important, political conspiracy or magical duels?

The Holy Roman Empire - after the Paladins of Charlemagne or during their time? If magical duels fit the variant setting, then, by all means, have as many as you can fit in to keep the masses happy. If you're going for something more historical, though, only healing magic and some divination...

Writing Have you ever experienced a plot hole involving inconsistent character descriptions?

Caught myself doing this a few times. Most recently, accidentally reversed the colors of Dane Coleman's hair and eyes in one chapter.
