It's easy to hate RHCP. Some think their music just sucks, which is untrue. Some cite Anthony Kiedis being a pedophile, which is true, and if you dislike the band for it, that's fair.
But Frusciante is one of my aguitar heroes. Such a tasteful style, especially highlighted in this song with a riff that sounds playful yet somber at the same time.
Xitter has this funny little feature under the search tab called "For You" where it'll ironically shove random posts in your face, regardless of what echo chamber you have built for yourself.
That's all fine and dandy. I don't mind seeing opposing views.
But why does eternal deadbeat loser Elon Musk's everything app think that "other races are inferior and should be subjugated" is the type of tweet I want to see?
I rarely revisit Tupac's stuff because other artists have since tackled similar themes as he did, but with more technical finesse and more interesting sonic palettes. Still, he's a legend and his songs are classics for a reason. As simple as they were most times, his bars nonetheless hit. No one did sentimental, reflective hip-hop quite like Pac did.
