The First Take version coming out reminded me just how much of a poignant, understated banger this ending song was. I wasn't like a day 1 Naruto fan. I really only watched it in elementary school. Even so, the first few openings and endings never fail to make me feel something. Also this song's in 5/4 time, which is cool.
I was reading White Nights by Dostoevsky on one of my lunch breaks, but I ended off in the middle of one of the guy's trademark yap sessions. Eventually I'm going to run out of songs to recommend from this album, but for now this track is a slow, contemplative ascent through pain and despondency, or something. Look man, I'm not actually that good at talking about music. I just listen to it and recommend it, but this song is great. Nice gradual build, orgasmic crescendo. You get it. -
