    I still can't recall why I dropped Kaiju no. 8 early on. Maybe it is the comedy.

    But an MC with body modification capability...

    I might pick it back up, assuming I can tank the "straight man" jokes and MC having to "find his inner power" than "accumulating it".

    Still find it off for Chris Pratt voicing Garfield, in fact I find him odd for voicing Mario as well.

    Also it reminded me feeling sad for Bill Murray to say that he regretted voicing Garfield in Zombieland. Kind of funny that I watch Frozen Empire earlier.

    I really enjoy the concept of MC's body manipulation skills.

    Then drop it into Arknight, a work that I know very little, even with the porns, the work becomes somewhat fun to read.

    Then it slowly gets boring.

    MC is IMBA OP but no one to really lash out to. There is the issue of the "old civilisations" but MC has not yet punching them.

    I find it quite sad that the major theme of a CN that I am reading is "against the oppressing strong". Not only is the protag is doing it, but the supposed "main character/ child of luck" of the work as well as most of the major villains. Everyone is getting sodomized and them relieving the pain is to sodomize those beneath them. Then there are the protag and major villains trying to sodomize back their sodomizers.

    I kind of dropped it as the initial parts sold to me as mystery. The last time I read this author's work was Calamity of Tomorrow, his fifth (?) work. The first three works are a trilogy with rushed out shitty endings, the fourth work that involved cats made me doki doki but it was the fifth work that completely made me lost faith in him as an author.
