Supposed you are a rookie adventure just out on your first journey what will you do to survive a world filled with monsters, wars, squabbling gods, chaotic magic, dangerous monster and the occasional Isekaied protagonist causing an international issue

Just assume that you are definitely going to get swept up with events way over your paycheck

No you can't level up via killing

Hm... do I have all the skills and knowledge I currently possess? Because without the current knowledge we possess, how could we even respond to this question?

Seduce the protagonist to become their love interest. Then even if you die, you'll just be brought back by the power of their plot armor.

Seducing a god to receive their personal protection can also work, but you're almost definitely going to be kept at their heavenly home and not let out much due to your pathetic weak mortal body in this Danger Hellworld.

Really, as a lowly human in such a setting, you better be running a Charisma build. "My friends are my true power" isn't just some anime speech when your species's max possible strength stat isn't even a challenge to a random bear, let alone the demon emperor's armies. Since leveling up isn't a thing, do the next best thing and level up your party by charming and recruiting your way into posing any sort of challenge. If you can't seduce, you're playing the wrong kind of human build.

When I was younger I might have made a passable go at it (and likely failed miserably).
Now, at my age, with my health issues? The movie M.A.S.H. had a song that sums up my most logical course of action as the theme song...

If you have to pick a fight with a small and/or unassuming stranger, don't say anything to the effect of "This is going to be easy!" or "I'm going to enjoy this!".

Those will obviously be cured by a visit to the local temple/ healer's order.

Also, by boiling water? You literally don't need magic for that.

As a first time abstract 'adventure' on my first journey in a dangerous world I am apparently already advantaged in the premise by having a relatively excessive amount of antagonistic forces to drive my narrative.

I guess I should gather some characters? Maybe some actual adventurers? Probably should nab that protagonist the premise mentioned, at least follow them around.

Ah who cares, I'm getting swept up in events anyway according to the premise, so I'm going to be a pretty big adventure.

I don't like how the premise is trying very hard to underpay me.

Given the information I currently have from my Earth life, I would Dr. Stone any place I was sent to.

At the very least, they'd have an internal combustion engine and the transistor by week 4.

Your adventure class for gaining early bees should be "Apiary Powerfantasy", the way the premise was outlined it's that or "Grimdark Apiary" and no one really likes those.

Really depends on what qualifies as a beginner class, huh? Whatever class gives me Magic and Vitality. So something like Healer, Paladin, or Druid.

Funny, you mention that, as I currently have three characters who have been on the run for three years after their home was destroyed. One thing I focused on was that they needed to be part of a small group, as they would likely survive rather than being alone. I also made sure each one has a unique skill, as this can be great to see how a group will react if they lose a team member.

Also, I try to make the characters do things which some wouldn't do. For example, let's say there's something broken in the open. Would they try to fix it, or scrap it for parts? Or is it a trap that is meant to trick bypassers? How your characters react will determine how they think, how they act, and creates problems within the group. This, in turn, makes those characters get refined over time.

If you have to pick a fight with a small and/or unassuming stranger, don't say anything to the effect of "This is going to be easy!" or "I'm going to enjoy this!".
This is great advice. Make each fight mean something, whether that explains something or builds a character in a certain way.

With all that said, if you do need some ideas, check the start of chapter 3, as well as chapter 4 of my book, as three kobolds are trying to survive in a world where they are being hunted down (namely, robbing a store, as well as robbing from soldiers who are... being entertained).

What do you mean by beginner class? is this a world where you can change classes? if you can't change classes, all classes are beginner classes, because they have to start at the beginning of a person's career.

That said, depending on the divinities of the world, cleric is a pretty solid choice. Healing magic, divine spells that may be unique to your patron deity, the ability to wear decent armor, and people want to keep you alive so that you can keep them alive.
