So, the genre you're going for is Isekai-LitRPG (The genre blend that covers the concept of "Being pulled into a game world").
And you're set on having the soft-cap limits, which is fine.
With all of that in mind, I'd have to say the system you presented there is incomplete at best. There's just too much missing to give you an honest answer to whether the system is complex or not.
You'd need to define what each star means, and how more are gained for starters.
As well as how the system fits within the game overall, and what kind of game you're dealing with (The most common choice has been something to the effect of an MMORPG), and what the 'game' is designed around, or for.
You'll also need to consider WHO the system is available to, and how wide-spread its effects are.
The most important bits for now, though, are definitely defining what each star represents specifically, and the overall means for advancement, including how to break the soft-cap limit.
Otherwise, I'm inclined to agree with
@CharlesEBrown . The system (so far) leans far more heavily towards Cultivation style systems than what you'd find in a typical Isekai-LitRPG story because there simply isn't enough "game" elements to indicate otherwise.
