I wonder why my side-story gets better engagement statistically? The Tavern is just pure slice of life with a spot of dry comedy, even I usually knock it out when I was bored or waiting for my lad at his school. Odd. :blob_pat_sad:

Slice of life was unpopular during isekai boom (sao period years). (but i was a rare one that liked them since long ago/slice of life) (one favorite novel was daddy restaurant chinese WN, the one with kanna dragon cover/raws with GTL)



Nowadays, if you see at mangas/manhwas, you see a bunch of "slice of life"
I mean, its kinda obvious when you get like 20+ mangas named like : i became a farmer in another world
