If I remember right, it was like a multi-mega crossover event, where an antagonist group was using this method to cause chaos or invite an army (not 100% sure it's been years). But I do remember hearing that it has certain characters in it that would make it possibly interesting. I think I heard they hosted this as a radio-audio story. Tek was the one who brought it up.

It's faintly similar to the project I'm planning with a mass crossover event.
