My tagry airbuds died on me after two months. What Apple airpods should I purchase? Should I pay full price or monthly payments.

If you have the money then buy full except monthly is not more money compared to one-time payment. Get the pro if you have small ears.

If you're even considering monthly payments, then maybe you should consider cheaper headphones. Monthly payments are awful.

honestly, the kind that aren't airpods. It's perhaps personal taste, but I despise apple. all their products are just... awful.

But setting my personal issues aside, if you can afford full price, do that. if not, be aware that you're going to end up paying half again as much (if full price is $1000, you'll likely be paying somewhere between $1300-$1500 if you do monthly payments, after interest and everything is tacked on).
