Hello fellow nightshifter!

My days off is when I get most of my writing done. Also a big fan of painting, and making fancy teas/lattes (since they have big flavor, but not a lot of mess to clean up compared to baking). Making cosplay as well (not big builds, but sewing and wig styling) as well as doll clothes. Occasionally I think abt picking up embroidery, but I got to many projects I'm juggling atm.

Meal prepping takes a lot out of me, even using Home Chef to help with meal planning. There is a place called 85 Degrees Bakery that will sell you frozen breads/pastries that you can bake, so those are fun to have on hand when everything is closed.

When I lived above someone, I tried to time my exercise/dance practice for when people would still be awake. That part's the trickiest. That and seeing friends/doctors. I have a few that can handle hanging out for dinner, but it's def way less than when I was on days. I did fine having one day out of the week where I stayed up 'late' to do stuff during the day to get outside also helped a lot (been at it for 10 years now).

Also not a bad idea to take a vit D supplement if you're staying on the nightshift schedule.
