What the completed category even mean?

I thought it was for stories that the reader listed as completed because the story is finished, but I see some people do it for unfinished ongoing stories.

Check "About reading lists" with its addendum.

Tldr: people can have "completed" lists, where they put the stories they considered completing reading. That's all.

I'd like to know as well. I'm soon going tofinish up a story, but want to post a number of epilogues afterwards. Is this okay?
