I have disfigurement, I am attempting on the effects of slavery which results in kinslaying and cannibalism, I have dismemberment and disembowelment, fingores and cutting big toes off one by one, I have eyes getting pierced, I have nerves getting pulled out and I am reconsidering going back to Worm to see the fantastic torturing methods.

Try cutting tendons one by one. From lower part of foot to above. Also might use some games for risk and reward.Do it slowly idk.
Ok another idea just google animal abuse and see how animals are treated in farms and just find and replace cows with humans in text.
Basically see life cycle of cow and do that with humans. Maybe human breeding
Do one thing just open nhentai and use the tags.

Don't over do it cause it turns into black comedy then. Grimderp and the edge. I think showing the effect it has on characters who were once carefree is way better than just describing the torture

Nerve pulling sounds a little meager since that's irreversible and leads to cell-death which means not only will it make the person used to the pain, you also make it like they wont feel a part of their body AKA less places to torture

If you want insect torture then try to write Scaphism. Where the punished gets covered with milk and honey tied to a boat then basically gets slowly devoured by insects. ( I don't know if this is true but they also continuously feed the victim with milk and honey giving it diarrhea which leads to dehydration.)

There are so many torture methods you can use. Shit, you may even make your own while you're at it.

That's why mental illnesses is a controversial subject.

Sigh~ I just remembered the novel I read before about the mc being tortured in assylum and died while watching his love one being married to the person who threw him inside the mental hospital.

There's also, that one. Being isolated in the dark! It's more torturous than being papapa by whip.

Or being forgotten while your are there all along! Everyone can't see you. They can't hear you. You can touch them, or maybe see you for a moment only to be forgotten once you disappear from they're sights.

Another idea give one guy disease which causes memory loss from the torture and write like two chapter from there perspective. One where the mind is clear and they are able to think logically and the other where there train of thought constantly changes and they come upon great solutions to problem they are facing but just forget the solution some time later. They promise to remember the solution . They even write it somewhere they think about it for a day and then they forget everything about this next day after they sleep . They forget the problem after sleeping and where they wrote the answer. Even though that solution might have been really beneficial. Then sometime later they remember problem again but aren't able to get that solution. Now this is the type of thing which will make readers cringe and feel bad.
Just nail the feeling of despair and being unable to think . Maybe make him desprately desire the solution but it never comes to him. All because he slept that day and just forgot about it. Show the pointlessness .

Another thing don't make it that he came upon whole solution that day. Make it so he had just grasped at the solution and had a small insightful thought which might have lead to that solution. He wonders about it as he is about to sleep but due to torture he isn't able to care at the moment and doesn't jolt up to continue that train of thought. The answer is lost forever . After that desperate desires and will is pointless. He just isn't in the state of mind or with that creativity. Just willing the answer doesn't give it you need to be in the state of mind.
Now this would have a effect. Seriously this would work better than torture.

Well... my MC has a secret, he has high regenerative capability, something his captors know and willing to use in order to discover his secret. Which they will and execute him and his family with the worst crime possible. The worst part? Most of the time MC over here can get revenge, in this case, my MC can't, even as he gets resurrected, he is still alot weaker than them. And yes, they know he lives and will continue to make his life a living nightmare.

Most probably the shittiest idea to have the moral of the story being "there is no such thing as justice."

Also, just found out that Daoist Gu was indeed banned by govt and author fell into depression.

Ps. What is SH's policy on stories that dicate evil triumphs over good and all good people will die a horrible death or suffer a fate worse?

As long as they’re over 18 and it’s consensual torture you’re fine. I don’t believe it matters who wins in the end.

I think there are rules against rape, so you’ll need to check on that.
