What Is Something Extra That You Did That In Your Story That Might Have Gone Unnoticed?

For the Sable Valiant series, I wrote 500,000 words of background material about the Higher Planes. Or rather, I wrote the background and said, I really should write something with all this material. Curious as to how much I'll use.

Hi! Pretty much what the title of this thread says :D . Is there anything you worked super hard on to add immersion to your story that you want to shout out? It doesn't have to have gone unnoticed, but this is a good chance to make your effort known! Tell us about your research to make it happen :D

For example: making a custom language, compiling data, developing a personal set of rules / interworkings of your story's system, etc

I've managed to apply the same economic principles that surrounded the 2020-2022 video card shortages/cryptocurrency mining craze to a fantasy setting that doesn't know what electricity is.
