I've learned more on how to avoid first person narration fatigue. Which is helpful since my story is in 1st person! That's been my main focus the last couple months, among other things.

I also received some good tips on writing sex scenes. Focusing on taste, smell, touch, hearing ect. Fully describing the sensory details, while also being specific about body movements.

What about ya'll?

I learned that I'm terrible at writing action and I'm better at romance. Apparently, I made it seem like my protagonist (now a girl) liked men in the first chapter when I never thought of it that way, hahaha.

The readers are always focused on that in gender bender. I had people asking me if the future love interest would be male or female after I published 1 chapter lol
It ain't an orgy if the smell of ass doesn't permeate the entire building.
All good orgy organizers require you to be clean inside and out 🙂

Well, I've been struggling to grow my audience this year. Similar stories pop up and grow, leaving mine in the dust :blob_frown: so... I've sort of learned to work with what you have. I may not have a growing audience, but I appreciate the readers that follow my story and keep up with the newest chapters.

I learned more about the marketing side of things and how much people can make from Patreon with certain tropes. I think this current story I am writing will not earn that much monthly, but the next one will do better.

That I need either to find a way to never sleep or to add five to six more hours to a day (that aren't spent working or surfing the net) to keep up with it.

I originally wanted to write something... but after seeing OP's answer...

My cheeks turned red. I quickly covered my face and ran away. :blob_pout:

Sorry, I'm in the wrong room. This place isn't suitable for a little girl like me.

Besides, I'm still thousands of years old... still too young for an immortal magical girl.:blob_hide:

I learned that too many cooks spoils the broth. When asking for feedbacks to multiple people, ask feedbacks for different aspects of the story. Preferably the one they have expertise in. Or you will get conflicting feedbacks that will confuse you.

Learned that the actual typing process of chapters is still long, boring and tedious.
And don't even get me started on editing.

Editing kills me. And I still miss stuff that gets pointed out in comments.

Your story's pretty clean tho. I just caught up and didn't notice any errors at all.
