Managed to get some sleep (even if brief) and avoided a panic attack.

I finished the seventh chapter of my novel Sixes and Sevens, after having started it two weeks ago.

Got to use my new 12” cast iron skillet, and it felt really good to not be constantly worrying about spilling stuff over the edges when cooking enough portions to last a week.

Someone recognized the parallels between my story and Bram Stoker's Dracula. (One of my favorite novels, by the way.)

The child made a “robot” with trash from Dada’s clothing purchase.

I just finished the eighth chapter of my story 'Sixes And Sevens' and I'm particularly proud of a wholesome scene in it where my youngest character Timothy, having just learned how to ride his bike without training wheels, suffers an accident on the street and my protagonist Robin comforts him like a caring big brother.
