What does the readers represent?

hey, so like the title says, what does the readers number represent? are these the people who have been consistently reading the story? or is this the average amount of people who read it in a specific time area like a week or so.

I assume you are talking about the numbers on the right hand side of your story?

Those categories are assigned by each person, not by their actions. They can put a story into any of several lists on their profile.

So, for the Barriard, 20 people have your story under their "reading" list, 5 people have it in their "to be read" list, and 6 people have put it in their "dropped" list (which I believe means it won't be shown to them as a suggestion?)

Dropped means they have decided to stop reading it. Even so, they're still counted as readers in the total number.
