What do you feel should be in a reverse world story?

A complete reversal with the majority of politicians being honest, selfless and reluctant to be in the spotlight except while campaigning.
Both genders have equal representation in the noble or sleazy categories instead of the usually-now-dominant females being like the worst examples of males are now, and the males being mostly submissive - should be a mix, as there is in reality (you only hear about the extremes, so they seem to dominate, but in a true reversal, the media would be more interested in the ones who aren't sleazebags so perception would be the opposite).

That they ignore basic things that just wouldn't work even with an extreme reversal without purposefully neutering and making the men into women with dicks. The most common being how women want to fuck women which is why all the "normal non MC" men are just women with dicks (feminine). And how the language doesn't even evolve because it's too much work for the author to do.

Things that the "reverse world" genre might need (feel free to pick one):
- More settings besides the modern world. Try a medieval one, or maybe one during the cavemen days or an oceanic one where everyone is a sea creature.
- A monogamous romance. Don't get me wrong, harems get tons of readers, but often inexperienced harem writers end up making some of the lovers feel like fodder, especially when there are too many lovers.
- Some genre variety. Most "reverse world" stories are smut. Maybe a sports story, a martial arts story, a horror, or even an investigative mystery. A story is more than just its setting.
- Less isekai. Every one of these wish fulfillment stories has a blatant self-insert that thinks like someone from this world who was transported into a different world. Maybe there's room for a story in which the MC has the mentality of someone from that world.
