With enough love and care, your sherman can evolv- I mean can allocate its qi- I mean tech researches for internal upgrades and retrofits. And the sad day that comes when your best friend gets a Panzer, and you immediately feel obsolete and let go of the Sherman M4 into the wild to seek its fortunes.
Which Panzer are we talking about? Pzkfw I, II, III, IV, V, VI or Tiger B?And the sad day that comes when your best friend gets a Panzer, and you immediately feel obsolete and let go of the Sherman M4 into the wild to seek its fortunes.

Well, any of those Panzers were monsters, as I recall.Which Panzer are we talking about? Pzkfw I, II, III, IV, V, VI or Tiger B?
Panzer I was merely armed with machine guns. Solid against soft targets without AT weapons at the start of the war, but that's it. Panzer two had a 20mm autocannon, which was somewhat more useful, but very quickly became obsolete too. With Panzer III it is getting better, but even the later variant with 50mm and 75mm guns could hardly be considered equal to a Sherman, much less the early 37mm variants. So well, no Panzer before the Panzer IV could really evoke the feeling of inferiority. Now, if it was the V, VI, or Tiger B, better known as the Panther, Tiger I and Tiger II, the poor little Sherman would tremble in fear and its little gun would shrivel inside its turret - maybe with the exception of the Firefly or the later uparmed Shermans.Well, any of those Panzers were monsters, as I recall.

Anyway, my apologies, that was my inner WWII nerd speaking.
