Username change

I didn't know in which threat to put this, but I want to change my username. However, for some reason, I can't. Clicking on it inside of the account settings just refreshes the page.

I'm trying to make a brand here B), so if it could be done, it'd be great. If not, then it doesn't matter.

I don't know if you need a certain level or time to be able to change your username, but you can't do it willy-nilly and must wait months before doing it again.
