Recommendation for an unrequited love novel: the main character (MC) initially chases the male lead (ML), but eventually grows tired of it. Later, the ML struggles hard to win back the MC’s heart. The MC doesn’t give in easily. (I need to feel satisfied with a truly equal reversal)

Oh well, if you find something, let me know. :blob_cookie:
I do love me some tropes, but this one never fails to disappoint me. A long time ago, I read a few Manga by the same Mangaka and she loved this trope to death, I believe, because it seriously showed up in all of her Manga. Well, it usually resulted in the Uke getting kicked through the wringer, and then the Top being immediately taken back after just a modicum of wincing.
A good one, in a way, would maybe be "The right way to write love" by Tanaka Ogeretsu. I love her stories, and this one has what you are looking for. It's just a One Shot, though.
Anyway, more than that, I cannot really tell you. Maybe "Dawn of the Dragon"? That falls under the same umbrella, in a way, and it's a great story. But it does depend on what you're looking for. Another one, which has a form of this trope, but there's overall quite a lot of other things that are going on, could be "Blood Bank". Both of those stories are fantasy, btw. - one has, well, a sort of Dragon, and the other has Vampires.
