Actually, AI is the best way to guarantee it does NOT feel alive and non-repetitive, so you should avoid that except as an occasional tool.
Just write and see where it takes you, then go back, revise once, and share.

No true i sometimes ask AI to draft me something or when i have a great idea to make a short version for chapter 1, but then my brain just shuts off and doesn't think of more to write or to go further with writing lol

You seem to be focusing on what already is there, as opposed to what isn't. Yes, there are a billion algorithmic based stories that computers can do better because the stories themselves were never innovative in the first place. Just like big publishing houses peddled the exact same 2 stories with a different cover before AI existed. If that's the story you want to tell, then an AI can certainly do it better. And no, you probably can't make a writing career hoping to compete with sloppification.

But writing is for the joy of the craft. It's about learning to write better, by first writing something shitty, and using that to learn to get better. It's about finding the stories you haven't seen before, that you wish existed, and getting to make them yourself.

So don't look at AI as the end-all just because it makes fancy covers, and can be a little fancy with words. Write something that's just fun for you to write. Even if that's shiny vampire stories. Smut, isekai, your life story, whatever. And if you're bored, let the characters break out into a fight scene, or a dance scene, or a hot werewolf scene. If you're bored, just make something fun and silly happen. Even if it makes NO sense.

I'm continually astonished here, and in places like this, by the number of people I encounter who deign to write, for whatever reason, before they learn how to tell stories.

Learn how to be a storyteller by telling stories. Yes, orally.

Simply. just write.

You won't know how to not make things repetitive unless you write and see what you write and see how others react to what you write. I can tell you many things, but they won't stick unless you experience it.

But if I had to say something, just write the ideas you have and then keep building off from.

That's quite common, as sone who is dealt with that, it just means you haven't really thought ahead, something you should always do.
