If they keep all of their existing attributes, they would probably be similar to humanity in the danger they present. If we are getting more realistic, they shrink in mass and size, become more aerodynamic, and gain all the other features of flying animals, then they would be about as dangerous as a bird or bat.

Well they are only above water when it's dark and there is no reason for them to fly except to save energy depending on the way they fly, they could be a little bit more dangerous.

Very dangerous, considering they're very aggressive. Considering their tonnage and anatomy, however, they probably wouldn't make for the fastest flying creatures.
