I'm winning currently by eating a lot. I probably will start skipping meals in the morning starting from tomorrow

Skipping meals sucks though. Have you tried exercise instead?
I already walk roughly 5km+ each day before and after work, so nah. If I start running I will not have enough mental stamina to do work afterwards lol. Given the circumstances not eating carbs and maybe eating fruit and sparkling water will be better than no breakfast
