Yes. I am currently playing and stuck at 80% progress all the npcs just died or i completed their quest (somehow) couldn't see a winning fight with vivianna... miridian? Forgot the name. I am level 2 and die simply by her pocking. Watched a tutorial and it seems the npcs that I need for me to complete the game on "normal" difficulty are dead.
