The meme might as well really come from that specific tweet. But "shitty brat", "x brat," "brat x," "bratty," etc are no doubt longer than that.

Honestly, you don't need to mind these two's connection together. It's not as if it's the first time for porn addicts/4chan users/twitter users/reddit users/(japanese)/whatever appropriate commonly innocent things and make them have degenerate connotations
