On Novel Updates, there is a list-tags page that shows a list of all the tags as well as definitions for all of them to remove ambiguity. I think there should be one here as well, since some tags exists here that does not for NU, and vice versa. It can be slightly frustrating when I don't know...

I think it would be nice to have a hover function in SH where you can hover over tags shown in the story and a brief description of that tag will pop up. Something like this:

In addition i think tags like gender bender need to be reserved for actual GB and not for every story with a character that crossdress's i get so sick and tired of being suggested male to female storys
