Ehhh, I want to be remembered when I die but that didn't do Van Goh much good. With that kind of money I can find another way to be remembered. So, still take the deal. Living well is more important.
tbh, perfect, I want to be a programmer, i will make the books as a side project and make the world good fucking games

I would want to negotiate a bit - I'd prefer to have some fame but let them keep the lions' share (and do the same for other rewards, financial or material). Maybe a 70/30 split where I'd get to have like every third book get the same level of success with my name on it (and they get some or all of the cash for that one).
Especially if their name was the main reason for at least the initial success (e,g. the TekWar novels were successful because William Shatner came up with the basic concept and the main characters, but then passed it along to a writing duo - also well-known at the time, though I'm blanking on who it was now - to make the books a reality).
Given that the only book I have actually finished thus far was 330 chapters of smutty fanfiction, I’d take the deal just for the sheer surreal glory of seeing it become a bestseller.
Hmm... maybe that's what happened to the 50 Shades of Gray author? Can't figure any other reason for it...

Dawg, you do NOT wanna give me the power to make ANY book I write become a best selling fiction. The world is already fucked up enough as is, it does not need "I Cultivate By Becoming Pregnant With Heaven's Will" and "I Reincarnated As a Loli in An EroGuro game" to be mentioned in the same breadth as shit like Lord of The Rings and Dune.

With the amount of intrusive thoughts I have lord knows what I'd write if I have the opportunity to literarily traumatize the world population. The money is just a bonus at that point.

A manic face-splitting grin pops upon my face while my hand shoots around to clasp theirs with the speed of a sharpshooter "You have no idea what you've just done." I say, voice shaking in sinister glee. "With this, I could write anything." "Anything, right?" I quickly spit out seeking confirmation with narrowed eyes. Now pacing, I say "Any thoughts and any words" and then I pause. "any idea."

"Any idea" I repeat, now alone at my desk "will not only be read but well-liked by hundreds and thousands, maybe even millions, of people." now the question remains. "what do I want?"

Holy shit, I never thought of that way. It's OP. You could troll the world by making anything popular. You could make everyone love Justin Beiber.

No, why would you take the offer if your book has that potential already? Its like donating to the wrong person, I'd rather give credit to my sister or a family member instead
