Yes. I had been apart of many roleplaying sites over the last two decades.
Dark-fantasy was my go to as a theme for such collaborations with other people.
I still have one on-going with a friend as I've moved to discord.

Sounds fun, personally I've only engaged with RP through TTRPGs, but I've always known there's big rp communities out there.

If you know about Hololive, one member, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, was part of a huge dark fantasy VR chat roleplay project.

Synopsis:


Song Qingge is transported into a novel after cursing the author for killing off her favorite character, Feng Wenling, for no good reason.

Unfortunately for her, the main villain who killed her bias has also been reborn!

To avoid her own death and the death of her favorite character, she must work with the villain to seduce his crush, their Senior Martial Brother Jie Luo, who was the original male lead of that trashy novel.

Of course, since she's already been transported to another world, she might as well seduce her favorite character as well, right?
