Simple Comments Editing Bar

I've notice a lack of editing buttons as I've been writing comments. Honestly only really need the bold, italics, and underline for basic editing features. Quotes and spoiler buttons would be also useful. Is there plans to add this in the future or was it deemed unfeasible atm due to programming issues?

On a side note, the comments box is also rather small and doesnt expand as the comment gets longer. If others are not experiencing these issues, It may be a compatibility issue with my Galaxy Tab tablet.

But Mr wasn't summoned, I means anyone can be named simple, only the truly awesome are named Mr.

Or because my mind is slowly falling asleep and couldn't come up with a better descriptive for what I was wanting to describe.
