Signature?

How do I put my cover pics of my stories in my signature? I see the button to push of insert image. But when I try to do that it wants a web page... so I get stuck there. I had hoped it would instead just let you upload the pic. So how do you do this?

Searched for this already and didn't get anything coming up in 'signature' or 'sign' for search.

Right click on your book cover that you have on your story page and copy image address.

Yeah, to be honest, it's really fucking weird. Sorry for the low quality on the image.

1. Go to the image on your book, right click and Copy Image Address.

2. Click the link in your sig.(This means you'll be inserting the image INSIDE the link. May not be necessary, but it's what I did.)

3. Insert the image by URL.

4. Click Image for fancy image manipulate tools.

I should clarify, I suppose. You don't need to insert the image into a link, since one of the Image Manipulation Tools (looks like this: ?) allows you to turn the image directly into a link:

As soon as he uploaded it to his story page he can just grab it from there, it doesn't need to be put anywhere else. You could do the same from a sh forum post too, but the link would only survive as long as the forum thread.

If I have signature setting set up in forum area... do I have to that separately also for the normal story area (non-forum)? Confused about that. When I commented on someone else's story I didn't see my signature setting go up like it is here.

Yeah, there's no signatures on the main site at all.
