Hello, if you're like me, you have ADHD, OCD, Dyslexia, etc. And scheduling chapters is a nightmare in a half.
The solution? Well, it isn't perfect, but it will save you hours upon hours of work. My new workflow for novels is as follows.
Write a chapter>Edit it>Save chapter as draft on RoyalRoad as the scheduling system is fast to game>Schedule the chapter on Scribblehub>Put the date far ahead of how long it will take you to finish writing the novel>Done.
For example, for my current novel, I set the dates to be 12/01/2024, 12 AM. (I plan to release chapters daily for it at 12AM.) When I finish this novel, it will be very easy to schedule each chapter. As I had saved myself many clicks, I only have to edit a few parts of it and then schedule the chapter for real.
Anyway, this is the fastest and most efficient method that I've figured out for this site. If you have any other tips, then please do reply with them. Other than this workflow, the only other way to speed up the process would be writing a script to do it for you. (PS: This workflow works the best if you plan to write an entire novel first before releasing a single chapter, like me.)
