I think the use of emdash here is imprecise and gives me the impression you're relying too heavily on AI. A simple period or even a semicolon would, I think, be more accurate, but as I just said, clarity is king, and this sentence is abundantly clear, so there's nothing to "correct." I think semicolons are infrequently used because most people don't understand them. Emdashes are nice and vague while giving a sense of stop/continuing. But I feel they have an amateur-ish vibe when used often. That's just my 2cents.
